Newborn Baby Photos in Wellingborough Northants

This blog post features a newborn baby session in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire.   It was a really entertaining morning because the baby’s parents wanted to make a newborn calendar so we created lots of different set ups to make up the 12 monthly images.  Usually I set up the poses and take a few throws and blankets along but sometimes, as in this case, the client gets really involved with how the session runs.  They had lots of different hats for the little fella and ideas of things we could try such as picnic baskets and boxes – I particularly liked the Yummy Mummy changing bag that they wanted to pop him into!   The little boy was a really laid back cooperative model considering he was only 8 days old – here are a few of the set ups including a Baby’s First Christmas Stocking.  I hope you enjoy them – we all had a lot of fun.

Newborn Photographer Northants_Photos of Twins

As you know I love photographing newborns but it is extra special when I get to photograph two together.  These beautiful little twins came to visit recently to have some images taken.  I have a whole natural light newborn photography area in my home that I use to get the best shots of your baby/babies.  I am based near Northampton, Wellingborough, Milton Keynes and Olney.  I have all my throws and props available and I have perfect light all day – which means that I can guarantee you a greater range of perfectly lit images of your newborn baby.  I will still photograph your newborn in your own home if you prefer but it is not always possible to get the same standard of images depending upon the light and space you have available in your home.

It was so much fun getting pictures of the two little boys together – they arrived dressed in the cutest little white outfits with matching hats – which are shown in the images.  I hope you like the pictures.

I love taking natural outdoor pictures of newborns showing them amongst plants or leaves or in the woods but this time of year is just too cold so I set up an image indoors to give the same natural earthy look to the images – using shades of brown and a section of a tree trunk – I hope you like the final look.

And finally at the request of the little chaps’ Mum and Dad we took a picture that they could use for their Christmas card this year .. they had a really cute little outfit for each of the babies to wear – so here it is – just for a bit of fun:)

What a great Christmas present these two little fellas are !

Newborn Baby Photos in Leighton Buzzard

This is a lovely post for me to be able to write as it relates to a newborn session for one another of my Wedding couples.  I really do love to see their families growing and it’s such a lovely thing to be able to go and meet the babies when they come along.  I was delighted to get the chance to visit Leighton Buzzard to take some baby photos of this little beauty who was just 10 days old.  She was a proper supermodel – and look at those enormous eyes – hope you enjoy them !

I love this first one as she looks like she’s laughing- but to be honest I loved all of them and could have happily blogged the whole session.

We thought it might be fun to wrap her up warm and get an outdoor shot – since she was born in the Autumn getting a bit of the Autumn Colour into the shoot seemed like a nice idea.

Reg Ball - What delightfully original photos… Martha…a star in her own breadbasket! Well done Siobhan. You have a real talent, combined with an obvious affection and it shows.

Siobhan - Thank you Reg for your kind comments – she is a little beauty – I felt mean separating her from the basket :)

James - Hi there

I was just wondering how much a session at Rushmere would cost for my wife’s 30th. There would be me, Joanne and our 7 month old daughter Freya.

Newborn Baby Photos Dunstable Bedfordshire

One of the best things about being a newborn baby photographer in Bedfordshire is that quite often the parents of the newborn babies are clients whose wedding I photographed in the past.  Its always wonderful to catch up with them again and meet the new addition to their family.

Mum and Dad to this gorgeous little chap were Wedding clients and it really was great to see them again and to meet him.

It was such a beautiful day – we made the most of the Autumn sun and popped outside to get a few shots amongst the golden leaves

Newborn Baby Photos St Neots

As a newborn baby photographer I love seeing every new baby but its especially nice when I’ve done a bump shoot and then I get to go and meet the baby.  That was the case with this beautiful little baby – last seen as a bump and here photographed aged 11 days.

Mum had made some lovely cloth cubes with the baby’s name on so we used these in the shoot.
